Director of Primary Care

Dr. Sarah Moore has served as the Director of Primary Care for PSOT since 2015. She obtained her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA and continued to complete her residency in Internal Medicine in the primary care track at NYU School of Medicine. Dr. Moore is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at NYU and works at the Adult Primary Care Center at Bellevue Hospital. Here she sees patients, including PSOT clients, and supervises residents and medical students from NYU School of Medicine. She is drawn to work with PSOT and at Bellevue in general in part because of its clear mission to deliver the highest quality of health care with “dignity, cultural sensitivity, and compassion, regardless of ability to pay.” Her professional interests also include medical education, behavior change, and obesity medicine.
